Hostree strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to unforeseen technical issues or force majeure.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:
You violate our terms
Your activity causes harm to our network or other customers
You engage in abuse or harassment of our staff

Hostree shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
